Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
    • In original condition with original tags and packaging intact
  • Certain products such as innerwear, clearance items, or products marked as non-returnable may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@immortalsfenyx.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@immortalsfenyx.com along with photos of the product and packaging.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy.
